Oscar Ray Keys known as “Rock Keys” 68, of Washington NC, went into eternal rest on March 13, 2022. A visitation will be held Friday, March 18,2022 from 6:00-8:00 pm, at Paradise Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon Saturday, March 19, 2022, at Mary’s Chapel Missionary Baptist.
