Gatha Swinson Ray, 71, of  5045 Hartsfield Dr., Wake Forest, NC, died on April 29, 2022 at Transitions Hospice Care, Raleigh, NC.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday May 7, 2022, at New Bethel Baptist Church, 605 E. Young St., Rolesville, NC 27571.

Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the services at the Church.

Visitation will be 3:00-5:00 p.m. Friday, May 6 , 2022 at L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. MLK Jr. Dr., Washington, NC.  Burial will follow at Wake Forest Cemetery, Wake Forest, NC.

The family will receive family and friends at the home of her granddaughter, Dondijah Jeffers, 4357 Avent Ferry Rd, Apt 3, Raleigh, NC.
