Mr. William Howard Page, age 92, a resident of Washington Park, died Wednesday May 4, 2022, at his home.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, May 6, 2022, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 7, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church in Washington conducted by Rev. Ken Hall and Rev. Jay Martin. Burial will be private.

Mr. Page was born in Wilson County on November 22, 1929. He was the son of the late Harvey Lee Page and Clara Allsbrook Page. Mr. Page served in the Air Force. He graduated from Benjamin Franklin University (now George Washington University). Mr. Page was a retired local businessman.

On June 18, 1958, Mr. Page married the former Jane Welch, who survives.

Surviving with his wife are his daughter, Karen Page Peck and husband, R. Brantley Peck of Washington; his son, William H. Page and wife, Elizabeth Fisher Page of Washington; six grandchildren, Randall Peck Davis and husband, Hunter of Wilmington, Mary Page Peck Decker and husband, Brian of Wilmington, Elizabeth Welch Page of Charlotte, Jane Fisher Page of Durham, Caroline Brantley Peck of Durham, William Howard Page III of Washington, D.C.; two great grandchildren, William Callahan Davis, Carter Robert Decker; brother, Dr. Harvey Allsbrook Page of Pikeville, KY; and sister, Ann Page Braswell of Elm City.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Page was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Draughn Page and John Edward Page.

The family will receive friends at other times at his home.
