Don Clifton Morris, age 63, a resident of Chocowinity died Monday May 16, 2022, at his home.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Wednesday May 18, 2022, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home located at 2688 Gray Road, Chocowinity, NC 27817.

Mr. Morris was born in Craven County on December 6, 1958, to the late Clifton Morris and Gennie Wiggins Morris. On May 5, 2015, he married Tina Barr. He was an owner of Twin Communications LLC. Mr. Morris enjoyed spending time at home with his wife Tina, cooking, shopping at Food Lion, going fishing and watching UFC fights.

Survivors include his wife Tina Morris of the home, his children: James Clifton and Robert Edward Morris of Ayden, Shannon Alderman and husband Justin of Chocowinity, NC, brothers: Johnnie, George, and Douglas Morris, of Vanceboro, NC, Dale Morris of Conway, SC, Billie Morris of Henderson, NC, Jimmie Morris of Morrisville, TN, eight grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews that loved him very much.

Don had a generous heart bigger than his world. He loved giving to those in need. We encourage you in his memory to become a “Secret Santa” for a family in your community each year.
