Belhaven spent the weekend and Monday celebrating America’s Independence. 

Beginning July 1, those who attended enjoyed vendors, carnival rides, eating contests, music, dancing, and parades as well as helicopter rides and a mud run hosted by the Pantego Volunteer Fire Department. Fireworks over the waterfront cemented the celebrations on Monday night.
