Mr. Philip Stewart Nepper, age 81, a resident of Washington, died Friday, August 12, 2022 at his home.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.  The family will receive friends following the service.
