Mrs. Alicia E. Payne, age 89, a resident of Bath, NC died Friday, September 23, 2022, at her home.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.  Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the home.
