Vera Pope Godley, 95, of 885 Cherry Run Road, Washington, died on Sunday December 17, 2022, at Home.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday, December 24, 2022, Cornerstone Family Worship Center, 1918 W 5th St Washington, NC. Burial will follow at a Godley Family, Washington, NC.

A public viewing will be Friday, December 23, 2022, from 4pm to 6 pm at L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. MLK Jr. Drive, Washington, NC.
The family is receiving friends at the home.
