Assault on a female at 300 block of Water Lilley Road, Washington, at 4:46 p.m.

Controlled substance offense: possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, possession/concealment of narcotics equipment at NC Highway 33 West and Carrow Road, Chocowinity, at 10:31 p.m.

January 30

Possession of a controlled substance; possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, all other reportable offenses, all (applicable) traffic offense/s except DWI at 130 block of Langley Road, Chocowinity, at 2:45 p.m.

Juvenile runaway at 300 block of River Run Road, at 4:45 p.m.
