Mr. Raymond Harvey “Rusty” Carrow, age 88, a resident of Carrow Lane, Chocowinity, died Thursday, February 23, 2023, at his home.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington and other times at the home.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, February 26, 2023, from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
