Julia Mae Blount, 93, of 3623 US Hwy 17 N., Washington, NC died on Monday, March 3, 2025 at River Trace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center,  Washington, NC.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 9, 2025, at L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. MLK. Jr. Drive, Washington, NC, followed by the burial at Moore Family Cemetery, Washington, NC.

Public visitation will be held at 3:00pm – 5:00 pm, Saturday, March 8, 2025, at L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. MLK Jr. Drive, Washington, NC. Other times the family will be receiving the home of Ms. Helen Roulhac, 3623 US 17 N., Washington, NC.
