William Donald Beaman age 75, a resident of Chocowinity, NC went to be with our Lord and Savior on April 14, 2025.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm April 27, 2025, in the chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington and will be officiated by Pastor Ray Lewis.
A graduate of JH Rose High School, Donald went on to be an entrepreneur, which led to many avenues, including sales at Palm Harbor Homes, becoming an ordained minister, a member of the Gideons, and his active Gospel track and Gospel Music Ministry. Donald especially enjoyed backyard baseball with his family and fishing. Donald was a devoted & compassionate disciple of our Lord & Savior and he cherished his family with unwavering dedication and love for each and every one of them.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Margie Stafford, his wife of 57 years
Janet Beaman, a daughter, Donna Beachum and husband Ben, a son, Scott Beaman and wife Crystal, Seven grandchildren, Brandon McLawhorn, Blake and wife Ashley McLawhorn, Jaron and wife Brittany Beaman, Joshua Beaman, Celeste Sanders, Tristan Griffin, Lane Redmond , eight great grandchildren, Juliyanne, Bryson, Jaxon, Jace, Caylee, Ava, Eloise and Stella, two siblings, Kirk Martin, Renae Perras, and an uncle, Lynwood Strickland and wife Doris.
Preceeding him in death are his biological parents, Ernest Beaman, Reba Strickland, his father, Doug Stafford, three siblings, Joseph Beaman, Nina Ruth Hildebrandt, and Sherry Martin.
The family will receive friends following the service at Mr. Beaman’s home, located at 26 Riverview Dr., Chocowinity, NC.
