Georgia Ronita “Tweet” Cutler

Georgia Ronita “Tweet” Cutler, 66, a resident of Thomasville, North Carolina, passed on May 4, 2025, in the comfort of her home following her battle with ovarian cancer.

Born December 14, 1958, to George and Ila Cutler of Bath, North Carolina, Tweet is survived by her wife, Lisa; three siblings: Anice, Robert, and Christi; and many nieces, nephews, and other family members, as well as friends who felt like family, whom she loved fiercely.

A celebration of life will take place on May 31, 2025, at Bonner’s Point in Bath, North Carolina, at 2:00 p.m.  Tweet’s wishes for this celebration were for everyone to come in their most comfortable clothes, such as shorts and T-shirts, and that the gathering be a joyous one inspired by one of her favorite artists, Jimmy Buffet.  All are welcome to join in their best “parrot head” or most comfortable attire.  Those unable to stand are kindly advised to bring a chair as seating will be limited.
