Argil Marie Windley Ratcliff

A Memorial Service was held with family and friends March 15, 2025 at Free Union Freewill Baptist Church Pinetown, NC.

Mrs. Argil was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ephraim Ratcliff Sr. , her parents, David and Maggie Windley, and her daughter, Patricia Jo Ratcliff.  She is survived by her son, Joseph Ephraim Ratcliff Jr., daughter-in-law, Valaurie Kimbler Ratcliff, 10 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.

Mrs. Argil was a loving wife, mother, Sunday School teacher, and friend to many. She loved serving Jesus,taking care of her family, working with the public, and helping others.

A favorite day for her would have been sitting on the porch in the breeze with the sweet smell of her daffodils, eating fresh pecans and drinking a Dr. Pepper, while watching the farmer turn the dirt for a new garden.

She is greatly loved and missed by us all.
