Richard Allen Sloan, age 69, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025 at ECU Health Beaufort County.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 10, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday June 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service Chapel. A Graveside Service to follow at Pamlico Memorial Cemetery located at 161 Avon Ave., Washingon, NC.
