Mary Virginia “Jenny” Winfield Gray

Mary Virginia “Jenny” Winfield Gray, 83, of Quarryville, PA went to her eternal home with her beloved Savior on June 16, 2025. She was born in Angier, NC, to the late John Augustus Winfield and Mary Louise (Jones) Winfield.

Jenny enjoyed golfing, reading, cooking, and studying the Bible. She dearly loved her family. But most of all Jenny loved Jesus Christ and was eager to share the good news with others.

Jenny is survived by her husband of 44 years, Sam Gray; her children: daughter, Jessica Kirkman (Tommy); stepson, Rick Gray (Wendy); stepdaughter, Debra Clark (Kenneth); and stepson, David Gray (Robin); sister: Gloria Windley (Jay); sister-in-law: Glenda Winfield; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Jenny was preceded in death a sister, Anne Binglee Winfield; and a brother, John Scott Winfield.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 308 Possum Park Road, Newark, DE 19711, where friends may visit at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be in North Carolina.
