Joseph Jenkins, 85, a resident of 18929 N.C. Highway 33, Edward, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at Carolina East Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
