William Elbert Leggett, 58, of 1081 Prison Camp Road, Williamston, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at Roanoke River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The family will celebrate Mr. Leggett’s life and receive friends from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at the home of William “Jack” Leggett, 112 N. McCaskey Road, Williamston. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Williamston.
