The pets of the week, Katarina and Ally, are waiting for their new owners at the Betsy Bailey Nelson Animal Control Facility, also known as the “the Shelter,” located at 3931 U.S. Highway 264 East, Washington. For more information, call 252-946-4517. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Katarina
Katarina is a beautiful American medium hair Tabby, gray and white with white socks and dark frown marks on her forehead form the intricate letter “M”. Katarina is a 7 month old, is good with children and very playful. She is healthy, clean and litter-box-trained. Katarina is available through Saturday, Jan. 12.
Ally
Ally is one sweet puppy. She is a Sheppard-mix, female, about 5 months old with a shorthair coat of tan, black and white. Ally has an expressive face and is friendly, smart, loving and attentive. She will make an
excellent addition to a good forever home. She is available through Saturday, Jan. 12.
