Franklin is a big, beautiful 10-year-old orange tabby who has lost his home. Franklin is extremely affectionate, calm, healthy and very clean and neat. He loves to roll on his back and play with his catnip mouse, get brushed and just sit by someone’s side. Franklin is neutered and ready to be taken home; he is available through Saturday. Lex is a large, male, 2-year-old German shepherd. He’s very friendly, affectionate and playful, and he has had some training. Lex loves to roll over and get his tummy rubbed. Lex is ready to go to his new forever home and is available through Saturday.

Those interested in adopting a pet should inquire at the Betsy Bailey Nelson Animal Control Facility, 3931 U.S. Highway 264 East, from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturdays.
Because of overcrowded conditions, the animals listed are only available as indicated.
