Colleen Lacy Rivers, 86, formerly of Bath, died Saturday, November 24, 2012, in McKinney, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at Pamlico Memorial Gardens in Washington. Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington is serving the Rivers family.
