A celebration of life for Joseph Foster Massey, Jr. will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Zion Episcopal Church, Washington, NC, officiated by the Rev. Albert H. MacKenzie. The family will receive friends following the service in the church Parish Hall and other times at the home.
