Mrs. Jessie Leigh Phelps Spruill 91, a resident of Three Rivers Nursing Home, died Monday, April 15, 2013, at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013, at at Edgewood Cemetery, with the Rev. Chuck Grey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. that same day at Walker Funeral Home and other times at the home of Margaret and Spencer Pierce, 409 S. Queen St., Windsor. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
