ON THE ROAD: Matthew Reddick (left), Ethel Telfair (center) and Anthony Northern, representing Beaufort County Developmental Center and Beaufort Area Transit System, attended the 2013 North Carolina Public Transportation Association’s Roadeo held April 5-7. The roadeo was held on the Cape Fear Community College Campus in Wilmington. The drivers competed in driving techniques and training over the two-day period.
