Mrs. Menville V. Miller, of 59 Horseshoe Bend Road, Henderson, and formerly of Washington, died Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Kindred Nursing & Rehabilitation, Henderson. A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday, April 26, 2013, at Spring Garden Baptist Church, Washington. Burial will follow at the Outlaw family cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
