Jeffery A. and Virginia S. Spain of Washington announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla L. Spain, to Thomas Ausbon.

The bridegroom-elect is the son of James R. Ausbon, Jr. and Sandra B. Ausbon of Washington.

The couple will exchange vows Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Bonner’s Point, Bath, N.C.
