Mr. Cleo M. Gibbs, 83, a resident of the 3200 block of Woodley Station Road, Creswell, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2013, at the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith in Plymouth. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home.
