Mrs. Glenda C. Harris, 68, of Greenville, died Wednesday, May 22, 2013.

The funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 11 am in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow in Pinewood Memorial Park.

Mrs. Harris, a resident of Pitt County, was formerly a waitress at Tom’s Restaurant.

She was preceded in death by her son, Scott Chandler.

She is survived by her: husband, Vernon Harris; son, Steve Harris and wife, Angie;

daughter G.G. Slauzis and husband Craig “her buddy”; two grandchildren, Sierra and Stephen Harris; a brother, Marvin Clark; and a sister, Freddie Ange.
