Velvet Avery of Washington is pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Katie Mae Avery to Timothy Steven Luther of Louisburg, son of David & Donna Little of Zebulon, NC and Timothy John Luther of Myrtle Beach, SC.

Katie is the daughter of the late Kirby Avery, granddaughter of the late Joseph and Katie Coburn and the late Edna Mae Roberson.  The couple will exchange vows on August 24, 2013 at the home of John and Glenda Winfield.
