She is the granddaughter of Martha Respess of Danridge, TN, the late David and Myra Smith of Pantego and the late Van and Joyce Respess of Pantego.

Kaliff is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Todd Moore of Pinetown.

He is the grandson of Louise Cuthrell and the late Albert Cuthrell of Belhaven, Mildred Potter and the late Paul Potter of Plymouth and George Moore of Jamesville.

The bride elect is a 2008 graduate of Northside High School and attended Beaufort County Community College. She is employed as an in-home child care provider.

The groom elect attended  Northside High School and obtained his GED and CRC from Beaufort County Community College. He is employed with Washington Electric Co.

The wedding is planned for 5 p.m. Nov. 9, 2013, at West Belhaven Church of Christ, with a reception to follow at the Wilkinson Center in Belhaven.
