There will be a graveside celebration of life for Charlie Garland Moore, Jr., in Oakdale Cemetery, today, at 11 a.m., officiated by David Pooser.  Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations, 4500 Hwy 264 E, Washington, is serving the Moore family.
