TRACY O’CARROLL | CONTRIBUTED IN MEMORY OF: Tuesday, Tracy O’Carroll, mother of the late Sarah Edwards, a high school student killed in a car accident after texting while driving, picked up a quilt from Peggy Jones, an employee of the Blind Center in Washington. The quilt was sewn together using Edwards’ shirts and clothes. Jones also surprised O’Carroll with a necklace made from the buttons on Edwards’ clothing. O’Carroll made a donation to the Blind Center as a result.
