Mrs. Cleata Armstrong Roach, age 78, a resident of the Ponzer Community of Belhaven died Sunday August 31, 2014 at Vidant Outer Banks Hospital of Nags Head. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
