Mr. Ralph Watson Elks, age 90, a resident of 756 Elks Road, Chocowinity, died Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at his home. Graveside services will be held at noon on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Oakdale Cemetery, Washington. The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 11:45 AM on Saturday prior to the service at Paul Funeral Home in Washington and other times at the home of his daughter and son in law, Diana and Lawrence Watson, 966 Elks Road, Chocowinity. Complete arrangements will be announced by  Paul Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington.
