Mr. David Paul Neamond, 90, of Jesse Mack Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014, at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery at Hampton Roads in Suffolk, Va. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
