Mrs. Julia Boomer died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, at Cobble Hill Health Center, Brooklyn, NY. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014 at Antioch Disciple Church, 785 Terra Ceia Rd, Pantego. Visitation will be held prior to the service. Burial will follow at Broad Creek Cemetery, Pantego. The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Petronia Selby, 1258 N.C. Highway 99 North, Pantego. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
