Mr. and Mrs. James Winfield Phillips of Washington are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Caroline Elizabeth, to Matthew Bonner Rawls.

Bonner is the son of Mary Litchfield Toler of Washington and O’Bealie Rawls IV of Marietta, Georgia.

A private ceremony will be held on July 11, 2015, at Fiesta American Condesa Cancun, Mexico.
