CRYSTAL BAILEY SHOOTING STAR: Congratulations to Isaiah Bailey-Pope, the 2015 N.C. Knights of Columbus 14-year-old boys' state free throw champion. Isaiah achieved this goal by winning the Council championship in Greenville in January by making 12 out of 15 shots and advancing to the District contest in Rocky Mount in February. He won the District championship by default due to a forfeit in Rocky Mount and advanced to the State championship in Burlington, on March 21. Isaiah tied in the 14-year-old boys' division by making 18 out of 25 shots. In the tie-breaker round, he made three out of a possible five shots, sending him to another tie-breaker. He then sealed his victory by making five out of a possible five shots in the second tie breaker, earning the 2015 NC Knights Of Columbus 14-year-old boys' State free throw championship! Isaiah is the son of Crystal Bailey. Way to go and congratulations,  Isaiah!
