Mrs. Lillie Bell Washington Topping 80, resident of 566 Pamlico St. Belhaven, NC died Sunday, April 12, 2015. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00AM Saturday, April 18, 2015 at White Plains Church Ministries 748 Edwards St., Belhaven. Visitation will be held Fri. April 17, 2015, 2:00PM-6:00PM at the Whitfield & Whitley Chapel. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
