Mrs. Nancy Marie Saltsman Waters, 74, a resident of 9702 NC Highway 33 East, Chocowinity, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Elizabeth Chapel Church of Christ. Burial will follow in the Weston family cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral hour at the church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
