Adebayo competes at Adidas Uprising All-American Camp

ADIDAS UPRISING | CONTRIBUTED LOCAL STANDOUT: Northside’s Edrice “Bam” Adebayo throws down a vicious slam during this week’s Adidas Uprising All-American Camp in New York City. Adebayo, alongside 80 of the top collegiate prospects in the country, played in a series of scrimmages from Wednesday to Friday. Adebayo also had to opportunity to lace up at Rucker Park, an arena that’s played host to some of the best to ever play the game over the last half century. According to Ari Kramer of Newsday, both St. Johns assistant coach Matt Abdelmassih and Kentucky head coach John Calipari were on hand to watch the Panthers’ standout in action. Adebayo’s team won 83-78 on Thursday.
