PINETOWN RURITAN CLUB OFF TO COLLEGE: On Aug. 6, the Pinetown Ruritan Club presented a $500 scholarship to Bradley Smith. Bradley is a 2015 graduate of Washington High School and plans to attend Pitt Community College in the fall.
