Miss Chasity Nevaeh Smith, infant daughter of Tyler and Tanekia Smith, died Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at Beaufort County Hospital.
The family will receive friends at the home of the grandmother, Janice Stokes, 222 Cherry Lane Evergreen Estates, Chocowinity.
Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
