Mrs. Frances Massey Hine, 89, a former resident of 432 E. Main St., Washington, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007 at the home of her daughter, Martha Matthews, 140 E. Main S., Washington.
The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007 at Ms. Matthews’ home.
Arrangements will be announced by Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
