Mr. Fred Warnel Lee McCloud Jr. of 14804 Dixon Court, Woodbridge, Va., and formerly of Belhaven, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2007, at Potomac Hospital, Woodbridge, Va.
The family will receive friends at homes of relatives in the Belhaven community.
Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
