Miss Gloria Faye Swain, 58, of Columbia, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, at Heritage Park Skilled Care in Rolla, Mo.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Albemarle Church of Christ with Leon Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Azalea Memorial Gardens.
Miss Swain was born in Tyrrell County on April 27, 1948. She was the daughter of the late James B. and Levora Woodley Swain. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Albemarle Church of Christ.
Survivors include three sisters, Ethel M. Robertson of Rolla, Mo., Evelyn J. Wilbur of Burlington, Texas, and Glenda R. Cahoon of Fairfield; and two brothers, James E. Swain of Columbia, and Gene A. Swain of Creswell.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Carl D. Swain.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
