PHILADELPHIA — Mrs. Helen Marie Norman Stafford, 74, of 5344 Upland St., Philadelphia, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at home.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Shiloh Memorial Gardens, Roper, with Elder Daniel Gilliam officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Memorial Gardens, Roper.
Mrs. Stafford was born in Roper, the daughter of the late Robert C. and Rosa Everett Norman. She was married to James Daniel Stafford, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include five sisters, Mary Lee Norman of Roper, Marie Whitaker of Fairfield, Viola Norman of Jamaica, N.Y., Lillian Norman of Plymouth, and Sadie Thomas of Baltimore; and four brothers, Thomas Norman of Roper, George Norman and Henry Norman, both of Plymouth, and Jimmy Norman of Jonesboro, Ga.
The family will receive friends today from 6-8 p.m. at Simmons Funeral Service, Plymouth, and at other times at the home of her sister, Mary Norman, in Roper.
