Mr. Fred Green Jr., 79, of 400 Soulk Road, Wilmington, Del., and formerly of Swan Quarter, died Tuesday, May 8, 2007, in Wilmington, Del.
A funeral will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Resurrection Center. Burial will follow in Gracelawn Cemetery, Wilmington, Del.
Mr. Green was born in Hyde County on June 15, 1927. He was the son of the late Bessie W. Green and Fred Green Sr. He was married to Louise Green, who survives.
Survivors include one daughter, Cynthia Pollard of Wilmington, Del.; one sister, Malissie Credle of Portsmouth, Va.; two brothers, Garland Green of Queens, N.Y., and Gortha Green of Swan Quarter; and one grandchild.
