Mr. James Edward Lynn, 60, of Plymouth died Saturday May 12, 2007 at his residence.
He was born Aug. 26, 1946 in Bloomer, Wis., the son of the late William M. and June Smith Lynn. He was preceded in death by his brother, William “Bill” Lynn. Mr. Lynn was a bleach plant operator with Weyerhauser Corp. and a member of the Plymouth Church of Christ. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during Vietnam and coached Little League baseball and football.
His family includes his wife, Patsy Styons Lynn of Plymouth; daughter Crystal L. Beach of Williamston; sons James J. Lynn and Joseph M. Lynn of Plymouth; sisters Vivian Danenberg of Chippewa Falls, Wis. and Fran Yeager of Waterloo, Iowa; brothers Phillip Lynn of Cedar Falls, Iowa, John Lynn of LaPorte City, Iowa and four grandchildren.
A funeral will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at 3 p.m. at the Plymouth Church of Christ with Bob Moulden officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 14, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Plymouth Church of Christ Family Life Center and other times at the residence. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
