Mrs. Brownie Tetterton Foskey, 97, of 438 Craven Street, Bath, died Saturday, May 19, 2007 at her home.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Paul Funeral Home of Washington conducted by Rev. Curtis White. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Foskey was born in Beaufort County on Feb. 1, 1910 to the late Grover Cleveland and Mary Mae Wallace Tetterton. On Jan. 4, 1934 she married James Henry Foskey who preceded her in death on Oct. 5, 1969. She was a homemaker and a member of Bath Christian Church.
Survivors include a sister, Hallie Tetterton Marslender of Englehard.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Tetterton Ormond and three brothers, Leroy Tetterton Sr., Tommy Tetterton and Bonnie Tetterton.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. today at Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
